Since the dawn of time men have hunted and women have been known to gather.
And when women gather amazing thing happened. Science has proven that when women gather they release stress, they heal, and they become happier; they sleep better and have more energy during the day.
Today we call it gathering, networking or being in community.
When women talk about what’s up with them, their body produces serotonin.
Serotonin is a hormone that gives us a feeling of comfort, happiness, relaxed patient and optimism. Talking with someone who cares simulate our production of serotonin.
So if you suffer from the winter blues or are just in the need to be in community, “Women in Community”, is the place for you.
Each week we will explore new topics, discussed issues, share, and learn new tools to improve your current situation, your relationships, and to bring more joy and fulfillment into your life.
